What time should i arrive?
Always arrive 10 to 15 minutes earlier than scheduled appointment.
Do i have to take off all of my clothes?
No. You will be asked to disrobe to your level of comfort. Professional draping is always used. However, some clients prefer to keep their underwear on. Therapist will leave the room while you undress and lie on the table underneath the sheets.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Venmo, CashApp, all major credit/ debit cards including, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX. We also accept PayPal, cash and check.
What happens if i do not show up for an appointment?
If you call 24 hours in advance, you may either cancel with no additional charge or reschedule. No-shows will be charged ($) for the session and denied future service until payment is made.
What is the difference between a clinical and A traditional massage?
Clinical massage targets rehabilitation issues after injuries including surgery, sports and other health issues. A traditional massage is soley focused on relaxation and blood flow.
What should i expect at my session?
Upon arrival you will complete an intake form with relevant personal and health information. After we discuss concerns and expectations including subjective and objective observations, the therapist will tailor a therapeutic massage to address the root cause of your concerns.
Do you accept insurance payments?
No. All payments are collected at the end of each session. Clients will be given a detailed receipt upon request, which can be submitted for reimbursement from your insurance provider.
What happens if i am running late?
Your session will end at the originally scheduled time. If there are no clients scheduled after you, it will be left at the discretion of the therapist whether to extend the session.
